Summer is here and SPRING BREAK has lots going on. We will be participating in Maple Meadow Farm Festival in Mapleton on June 27 & 28. We will be doing a maple sugar demonstration and there will be lots of others demonstrating too. Mark your calendar to come and join in the fun. Our educational trails are now open and new signage has been added, make sure you take the time to go for a walk and learn about the forest. This is a self-guided adventure and is open 7 days a week.
NEW ARRIVALS: June is a busy month at SPRING BREAK, we have new stock arriving weekly including a full line of greeting cards. Don't forget DAD, we have everything you will need to make him a nice breakfast on June 21st. Our newest product is Maple Jelly, no sugar added just pure maple syrup that taste great on toast, on crackers or mixed with cream cheese for dipping. Honey butter is now available. This is honey and real butter plus more creamed for spreading on toast, pancakes, muffins and more. Just use your imagination.

NEW SUMMER HOURS: MON & TUE BY APPOINTMENT, WED, THURS, FRI 10 AM TO 4 PM AND SATURDAY 9 AM TO 1 PM. Our hours have changed to meet the demand of processing our by-products.
Our gift shop carries lots of MAINE made products. Aroostook County is filled with people who have extreme talent, come see what the local artisans have been up to during the cold months of winter. We have hand painted signs, quilted items, Vera Bradley look alike pocketbooks and tote bags at a much lower price, gel and beeswax candles and Castine candles which are smokeless, woodcarvings, soy & goats milk lotions, hand painted old sap buckets, wood drying racks, doll cradles, peg shelves and much more.
We welcome group tours all year long by appointment. Our sugarhouse & gift shop is handicap accessible, can accommodate bus tours and is equipped with a restroom.
