5 lbs of our pure raw honey. Our raw wildflower honey has been extracted from the comb and lightly filtered but NOT heated. Wildflower honey is made from the nectars of wildflowers found on our pesticide free farmland and from neighboring lands. Raw honey may contain wax, propolis and pollen which are found in the hive. 2011 Honey is now available here and at many retailers. Anyone who is on a list will be contacted soon. The honey this season is a good wildflower honey with lots of flavor. Aroostook County has many different wildflowers for the honeybees to choose from and this creates a special tasting honey this is unique in its own way.
As one customer told me he had lots of honey at home but after tasting our honey, he said "this taste so good I have to take one home".
